Ducks Unlimited's youth programs recruit, retain, and reactivate the next generation of hunters and conservationists. Waterfowlers have a responsibility to recruit new hunters, especially youth, for the sake of our heritage. R3 represents a national movement among the conservation community focused on increasing participation in hunting, angling, target shooting, trapping, and other outdoor recreational activities.
